Happy Holidays Everyone. I am in Detroit for the Holidays. It is always nice to spend time with my family during the holidays. I hooked up with Rick Romeo when I was last in Detroit- for the Windsor Cup BB show. It looks like I might be guest posing at the Michigan State BB competition. I am so fired up. I always wanted to guest pose in Michigan. Dave and I came up with the most fabulous posing routine. I do not want to say anything-- that is how original the idea is. I currently have 4 guest posing this year. I am so thrilled. This is something that I always wanted to do. I love to perform-- finally - an outlet for me.

But- you know what this means. I have to stay lean. I am currently about 165#. I look much tighter at 159#-- I really have to stay on the ball. I have been slacking a bit on the cardio-- and the diet- to be totally honest. It will be okay-- I can do it. I need the motivation. I want to stay leaner in the off-season anyway. This will be an experiment.
