Nov. 2- 2002

Tonight is the night of the Eastern USA BB competition here in NYC. I am going to go-- to show my support to some of my friends that are competing. A very good BB- Young ( From Crunch, B-way Houston Gym ) is competing as a HW. He is incredible. I am so excited for him. He just missed qualifying for National's last year- but, he should do it this time around. This is a big show-- over 100 competitors.

I am officially late. It is after 7:30 p.m.-- I just had so much to do today. I am dressed rather conservatively. I can't take people checking me out. I do not want people to keep asking me if I am doing National's or not. I am pushing toward that direction- but, I am in no condition to even think it is possible right now. As I mentioned- I will capitalize on photo shoots, etc... for my website and publicity. All will not be lost. I am going to be okay- either way.

I am going to work on keeping my weight down in the off-season this year. I really do not want to get to heavy. it is just way to counterproductive for me. I am going to try and stay about 10 #'s from my competition weight. That is my plan.
