Thanksgiving is right around the corner. I am going to be staying in Long Is. and traveling to Detroit for Christmas. The weather is starting to get COLD. I can't believe that another winter is upon us. I also can't believe that I am not going to have to face the elements in New York City-------on a bicycle this time around. It is going to be so great not having to put on a million coats in order to make it uptown to train a client. I really love my new life here in Long Island with Dave. It is so peaceful and much less stress to deal with on a day to day basis.

For example, Dave and I drove into the city Saturday afternoon to pick up my computers. NO parking----of course, since I live on Thompson street which has not parking --ever. So, Dave had to drive around the block 18 times to get all my computer equipment in the car. It was a nightmare. Then--a crazy CRIME scene broke out on my street. We were almost stuck there all night. DRAMA---always!

It is great not to feel the pressure of dieting. I feel relief. I am looking forward to a much needed break from competition. I need to focus my energy on other goals. I am going back to my roots----------teaching some aerobics classes here at Gold's Gym and also looking to take some Dance classes.
