I am back from a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. I was split btw Windsor, Canada and Detroit. I was able to be with my family and spend time with Dave -- while he was guest posing at at the Windsor Cup in Canada. We both had a great time. My family took us out to dinner in Windsor on Saturday night and on Friday night my sister met us for dinner at a restaurant in Troy, MI, where my parents made a surprise visit. Although most of my time was spent in Canada-- it was great to see my family during the Holiday. We also went to "SPACE" in Detroit -- which is a crazy club to say the least.

I really miss my family and it was great being able to spend time with my dad. It makes me miss home. Dave made quite on my parents and the Canadian audience during his seminar. These people love bodybuilding. We are both going to make frequent trips back to Windsor to do consultations and seminars. I am so thankful for this b/c I will be able to spend more time with my family.
