Hello everyone! I just read a some comments on www.herbiceps.com message board. I usually hate reading those things because they are usually negative. Actually, one person was wondering why I haven't updated my site. It really made me think--I have to spend more time on my OWN website. I started getting very serious about designing other people's website- that I have neglected my own. I am going to make it a point to update my daily thoughts on a more regular basis. I am sorry to let down my fans.
I want you all to know that I have not abandoned my fans. I love you all. I promise to keep my members gallery current. As a matter of fact- I have added many "never before seen" galleries in my members section NEW main gallery page. I have so much material that I am finding it hard to organize. I basically created a type of timeline-- I find it interesting myself to see how my body has changed through the years. I organize them according to date, photographer, and contest. As you know, most of my shoots are done around contest time.
I also just did my first OFF-SEASON shoot with WPW at Strong and Shapely gym. I was lifting heavy weights and doing some posing. For those of you who like me BIG this is exactly how I look- 185# at only 5'5". Actually, this was argued by Dave's roommate and photographer , " Mr. RxMuscle" when he measured me and found that I just might be 5'4 1/2". I guess I am shrinking.
I hope you continue to support my career- my members gallery is here to stay. Lot's more content coming. I will be traveling to the Arnold Classic in March. Lot's of fun photo's to come from that adventure. Don't miss out. I promise to keep taking my site to new and exciting levels.
I just finished www.hollygeersen.com and www.amandad.com has a members gallery now.
I am going to add a schedule to my members gallery to help keep all my members up to date as to what they can expect in future updates.
Now the big question--- what are my plans for this year? I am aiming for the Team Universe and North American. I am going to do totally different shows. I am taking a new approach to bodybuilding.
