Can you believe it----RAIN, and lots of it! The east coast is going to get HIT hard once again. I can't believe what a winter we are having-- Those of you that live in Florida , California, Texas, etc........are so lucky. If I didn't love New York so much ...............I would convince Dave to move to Florida.

We have been experienceing one funcky winter. The Arnold classic is about 4 weeks away. That is basically the kick off to the whole bodybuilding season. Once again-- the craziness begins. Lot's of travelling, dieting, cardio, etc.........I am not sure what this year brings for me-----a wedding, the Team U, North American, Women's Strength Extravaganza, Honeymoon, etc.......It is going to be pretty crazy. I just hope that I can pull it all off.

I have a feeling this is going to be a very exciting year. I just want try and get into the best shape of my life this year. I really would like to achieve something that I haven't done since the NPC Nationals in 2000-- although I was just a middleweight-- I was in the best condition of my life. I was just small. I think, once I satisfy my desire to be at my ultimate best, maybe I can say, Goodbye to competition and just workout for fun. But- until then, I can't rest.

I just shot with WPW-- my first OFF-SEASON shoot. Boy, I have no idea how I am going to look, all I know, I don't have any abs. I had a lot of fun-----------lot's of good content coming soon.

I have to start taking pics at all the shows--starting with the Arnold. I am going to take advantage of my little camara and snap pictures like crazy.

I will be at the RxMuscle booth passing out flyers for my web design business and also helping promote Rxmuscle Magazine
