What a day. I was in the city -- with the hustle and bustle. I went out to dinner with one of my best friends-- ERICA WONG. If you remember me - when I first came on the scene, her and I were together all the time. We were insane. We would never miss a workout. If the only time we could train was at 5 a.m. -- we would be there. We would lift as heavy as we could and make every workout like it was out last. WOW- those were the days. I wasn't thinking about longevity in the sport-- it was all about training as hard as we could. She looks great. She is engaged to her boyfriend of seven years. They are looking to buy a house together and get married within two years.
I wish I took pictures. I am sure that she still have FANs out there. I am looking to build her a web site-- we will see. She is getting back into training and maybe, just maybe, she might do a bodybuilding show. We will see. I always saw incredible potential in her physique.
I had a really good day. My old roommate decided to stay in our OLD apartment --- which is a good thing. It was going to be a huge hassle for her to move. I like to take care of her--- and could see the whole thing becoming extremely complicated if she did decide to move.
I also got another nutrition client---- which is a good thing. So- when I come back into the city --- I can make it a very profitable day. There is something about the ENERGY in the city. It is just incredible and intoxicating.
But- at the end of the day- it is wonderful to come home to my fiance' and have a nice WARM bed to sleep in.
Tomorrow-- I am going to train with LInda Wood - Hoyte and Bev's gym. LEGS!
