I had a great time at Jeremy Freeman's BB show in Syracus+e, NY. I have never been up there before. I realized that my phone ( GPS service) and Palm E-mail didn't work. It was crazy. I rely heavily on the phone and e-mail since I started doing web design. I was lost. It was a little frustrating -- but, relaxing just the same.

I am feeling much better about things-now just under 5 weeks out. I am just going to stay focused, injury free and DIET, DIET, DIET. That is always the big thing with me. I love to train. I could train all day. I don't even mind the cardio that much anymore. It is purely the DIET and feeling of restriction that bothers me. I am actually dealing with it okay. Not really minding it-- just doing it.

I am getting my suits taken care of this week. I also have to figure out my music scenario. Nothing is inspiring me yet. I still love Madonna----so, you can count on that in the routine.

I am shooting with WPW on Monday July 21st. I can't wait. They always take the best shots. They really want me to get my pro-card this year. Although-- I am sure they tell that to all the woman they shoot.
