March 1- 2004

I am going to the Arnold in three days. I have lots to get done before I leave-- mainly website business. I just started on Mike Morris's Website today. He wants something up before the Arnold- then we are going full force on making his website very successful and profitable. In case you want to check out the progress-- www.bigmikemorris.com. I will start working on Kim Harris's website after the Arnold. That is going to be a big job-- but, It is going to be fabulous. She has a lot of photos and history in the sport that hasn't been featured anywhere on the web.

Dave and I just got a guest posing in Alabama--- unfortunately, it is the same weekend of the Jr. National's. I am very upset about missing that show- I wanted to see Kristy Hawkins and Amanda Dunbar compete. John, Mr. RxMuscle, is going to be there taking photos and uploading to both Kristy's and Dave's site. I know those two are going to bring there best to the show.

I started doing my cardio on the treadmill-- I am trying to make use of my time.........talking to website clients, friends, family, etc.....Oh yea, reading lots and lots of muscle magazines. I actually learn a lot through my hours of cardio- I actually have to start studying for my CDE ( Certified Diabeted Educator) exam in May. I have 4 big books to start reading. I am also taking a 5 day review course in April- 8-5 p.m. everyday. I am going to be shot. I hope that I wil be able to stay on track with my cardio and diet. I guess- where there is a will there is a way.

Tonight was a great night. Dave, his father, and John all went out to dinner. Dave's dad is the best. I just love him. He is publishing his first NOVEL at 74 years old. He is also working on his first POETRY book. He is quite the exciting man.

In summary of my past week, I am going to be at the Arnold -- Thurs- Monday. I will not be at the SciTec booth-- I am going to be with Rick Collins from Legal Muscle and HMP. How about this..........you can find me floating between booths, just look for the Rxmuscle banner.
