March 3- 2003

I am back from the Arnold Classic-- in Columbus, Ohio. It was a great time. I -- unfortunately- was not feeling that great. I didn't get to go out once--but, I have so many commitment in the next couple of weeks- that It was probably for the better. I will be guest posing almost every weekend----so, you can only imagine how complicated my life is going to be with dieting and training for the USA's. But. I will just have to stay focused and dedicated to the cause.

I really want to thank all of my fans for stopping by the SciTec booth and saying , Hello. It was so great finally meeting everyone. I actually saw some of my old highschool buddies. It was so great. I think they are forever mad at me-----considering I didn't get to hang out with them at night.

I also saw some old training partners from my home town. It was really great catching up. I really miss my roots. It brings me back to the good ole' days.

Keep an eye on my travel schedule-----it is nuts. I am looking forward to guest posing. It is really going to be a lot of fun.
