I am going to be leaving for N. Carolina on Friday. I can't believe how many guest posing that I have coming up in the next couple of month. The pressure is on. Let's hope that this will keep me focused on my diet and cardio. You all know how much I hate dieting.

I am really excited. This is something that I have always wanted to do -- ever since I first stepped on a bodybuilding stage. I love to perform more than anything else.

I just got my posing suit for the whole guest posing completed by Caron Hospedales. She is the best. It is a one piece--until I get into better shape to wear a posing suit. I love it. It is hot. I have to feel comfortable--- considering I am not in contest shape.

I want to thank all my fans for coming up and buying a photo or just saying , Hello. I love meeting you all. I included some pics from this past weekend. I had a great time and I am looking forward to seeing you all support me at the USA's.
