I just got back from the Arnold Classic weekend. What an exciting TRIP. Dave and I worked the expo for three days with the help of Mr. Rx Muscle ( John Ripa) and his girlfriend Kristy Hawkins. Although exhausting- we went to the gym all but one day. That made me very happy. We were working at Reeves Nutrition Booth. If you have never tried their protein, you are missing out. Seriously, I do not really like protein powders, but, this has to be one of the best. It mixes very easily with water and doesn't even require blending for it to taste good. But- let me tell you, put it in a blender and it tastes like ice-cream.
I am going to put up a ton of pics from the weekend in my members and free gallery. I want to thank all my fans who FOUND me at the booth. Most were looking for me at the SciTec booth--which waited to long to reserve space so they were only able to send a representative. Many came by with photos from last year and had me sign them. Now that is dedication.
One of my good friends, Malea Jensen, was unable to make it due to weather conditions. I have to say, we arrive to OHIO and it was beautiful. On Friday it was around 70 degrees. By Monday, it was freezing, snowing, and very windy. Actually, on Sunday night many flights were delayed leaving Kristy and other Californians, stranded at the airport. She is at Cal Tech and really couldn't afford to be sitting at the airport all night. It was an unfortunate state of affairs. She is one dedicated little bodybuilder. She is preparing for the Jr. Nationals, taking classes for her PhD, hours of lab work, and trying to have a life. Talk about discipline
I am now working on Kim Harris and Mike Morris's website. Those are my two new projects. I am looking forward to coming up with something spectacular for the both of them. Lots of exciting stuff on the horizon.
I am starting to focus on the future. August isn't that far away. I am going to need all the time I can get. We will see what the future holds for me----------------I am just going to enjoy the journey.
