Let me first start by saying, I am so glad that might sight and hosting issues are resolved. I was losing my mind. The funny thing is----I have actually found some better hosts through some referrals-- thanks to all those that came to my rescue. I had so much work to do--- and I am still doing- on the members gallery, missing links, and pop ups. I really want to thank my members for sticking by me during the down time. It really meant a lot.

I haven't done anything NEW NEW in a while. I am going to do some training Mpegs-- me lifting HEAVY, while I am still in off-season shape. I will try and do one or two each workout. So, that is something fun to look forward too.

I just finished www.isabelleturell.com. Her website is getting a lot of attention. She has only competed a few times in her life- but , her physique is pro-quality. She is competing at the Jr. Nationals in June. It is going to be a very good show. Some of the best physiques are going to be on display, Amanda Dunbar, Kristy Hawkins, Isabelle Turell, and also a friend of mine and newcomer to the sport, Tammie Faulkner. She won the Michigan last year and is looking to win it again this year. We will have to see what happens in June!!!! I wish I was going to be there- I am going to be guest posing in Alabama. Can you imagine? I am really going to be missing out-- that is for sure.

I am going to be re-doing www.brianmoss.com this Thurs. Brian and I have been good friends for a long time. I am going to be adding and subtracting. It is going to look great.

I am going to do an online chat on this Thursday. I haven't done one in a very long while. I am looking forward to it. I will put an announcement up in a few days. If you are a member- BE THERE. If you are not- JOIN, so that you can be there to see what is NEW.
