Oct. 8th- 2002

What a weekend. I had a great time training with my buddy Malea Jensen. I am working on a gallery for my members section - so stay tuned. Malea will be joining me for my chat tomorrow - Tues. Oct. 9th- at 10 p.m. Eastern Time - so be there. It should be a lot of fun.

I am 7 weeks out from National's. I am more focused! I am running out of time. Classic Colette- getting her butt in gear- with little time to spare. That is the story of my life. I can do it! I am not going to give up. I will be ready.

The unfortunate reality is that my back is still not right. I am getting an MRI on Wed. Morning- 7:30 a.m. I am a little nervous about the whole thing- but, it is better to know what is going on! I am going to have a positive attitude. I have too. Whatever the result- I am going to press on- I am just going to be more careful.

I have learned a lot about myself after this injury. First- it is important to train heavy- but, it is more important to train SMART. Your body doesn't know how much weight you are lifting! I am focusing much more on the mind muscle connection.

On Friday I am going to get acupuncture and another message. I should be feeling better-- I can just feel it.

Wish me luck!
