It is a better day. I got to the bottom of some of these vicious rumors. First- some people claim that other FBB are saying negative things about me- which I have found not to be true. It was refreshing to hear from some of them directly-- explaining that they had nothing to do with the negative comments being said over the Internet. In all honestly- that is all I care about. If people want to talk and put names behind their words to give it more meaning- go ahead- as long as I know the truth.

What is the TRUTH?. It is what is deep inside you! I remember when I was growing up- a nasty rumor was spread about me that I took so seriously. I asked my mom why they would say these things about me--are they true. My mom said- do you feel or think that there is any truth in their words. I replied- NO!! Of course not! My mom replied, " Then, that is the the answer." So- people can say whatever they want about you- spread nasty viscous rumors- but, what really matters is what you know in your heart. That is why you have to surround yourself with positive people. Life is too short.

Now- on to a more positive note. People are loving the SciTec protein powder on my site. I have started selling it- as you know. People that have purchased have been very pleased.
