Oct. 6- 2002

I am having a great weekend. My friend - Malea Jensen, is in town for a medical conference. We have been training hard. She is getting me focused on my diet. I better be -- only 7 weeks to go. Lot's of fish-- talopia , to be exact. My favorite- Halibut, Yummy. I am going to tell you all a secret. I love appliances. I have everything......the Rotisserie Oven, Food processor, choppers, blenders, and my favorite- THE TOASTMASTER! I love that thing. It is the best for cooking fish, chicken, burgers, and even roasting nuts. I swear- they should hire me to do an infomercial.

Tomorrow Malea and I are doing Legs. My back is still stiff. I am going to be taking pilates classes next week and I am seeing a doctor on Monday. I probably am going to get an MRI- just to see what is going on. It isn't going to impact my life- I know that I am going to continue to lift - regardless. But- it might force me to take it easy. I will let you all know the results.

I am getting ready to head out ot Vegas for the Olympia weekend. I am so looking forward to it. I will be working the Scitec Booth-- so please come visit me.
