Good Morning! It is 5:46 a.m. I am about to do my cardio, then my days becomes crazy. I am seeing a million clients today, teaching a class, going to a meeting, and doing a million and one other little things.
It is going to be all good. The funny thing is- the most important thing is- training back at 10:30 a.m. That is going to be my only time to wind down. There is something about working out- what a release.
The diet- well, it is going , how about that answer. My lower back is a little sore- I was doing 315# deadlifts for reps this past weekend- so, that might explain it.
