Sept. 27th- 2002

It is my sister's B-day today- I remembered. That is such a bonus for me. I am the worst at remembering B-days. So- never take offense if I forget. I bought her a ton of clothes- she is 5'10" and only 115#.

It is raining again today. I am getting tired of it. I have to work at the hospital today. My back is getting better everyday - hopefully by next week I will be back to my old self.

Malea Jensen is coming to visit me next week for a medical conference in NYC. We are going to train hard! She always motivates me & gets me focused on my diet and posing.

My body is changing slowly. I have been injured - so it is hard for me to focus. Sometimes - in the back of my mind- I think I should sit National's out. My body is obviously rebelling against me- telling me to slow down.

I have a few weeks until the Olympia. I want to look good for that weekend- so, I better fire up.
