My Training Regimen Pre-Contest

-Monday:  Shoulders & Hamstrings ( Lunges, curls, single legs)
-Tuesday: Biceps, Abs, Calves
-Wednesday: Legs ( Quads), abs
-Thursday: Chest, Triceps
-Friday: Back, abs
-Saturday: Cardio, Abs & calves, Hamstring ( Stiff legs, Curls)
-Sunday: Off

During the off-season I only do about 3-4 hours of cardio / week consisting of spinning classes/ walking. 

-While training for a contest I do cardio 2x/ day consisting of walking on a treadmill at an incline or Elliptical.

-I also do abs or calves every other day when getting ready for a competition.

Competition Measurements

Chest/Back Width: 42 inches
Waist: 27 inches
Thighs: 24 inches
Biceps: 15 inches
Calves: 14 inches

For the off season: add a good inch to the above measurements

Off season weight: 165 lbs.
Contest Weight: 140 lbs.--- I competed at 138# this year.

I finally WON my pro-card!!!!!!!

It was an amazing year. I accomplished my dream-- I never thought it would happen. It was like an unbelievable experience. Thanks to all my loved ones that supported me during this 5 year long journey. My fans, family, and friends have been a critical asset to my accomplishing my dream.
