Dec. 30-2002

It is almost the New Year. I can't believe it. Let's reflect on the year of 2002. I have to say- I have grown so much this year - as a person. I have learned a lot about myself and what I want to do in the future. I realized that for the past 2 years bodybuilding has been the center of my world. I have pushed friends a family aside in order to pursue my dream for a pro-card. I have done some things that I regret. After reflecting on all what bodybuilding means to me-- I realized that it is a part of my life-- but, I do not want to make it ALL OF MY LIFE. I want more balance in my life. I want to be able to enjoy my life. I am not longer going to have HUGE off-seasons -- I want to stay within 15 # of my contest weight. Fat & muscle are two different tissues- there is no need to gain a ton of fat in order to gain quality muscle.

It has been a great year. It has helped set up the ground work for a even better 2003. This is the year that I am turning professional and I start a profitable web design business. I am excited as to what the future holds.

Have a Safe and Healthy NEW YEAR. If you only have one chance opportunity...... would you take or would you let it pass you by????????? Seize the MOMENT!!!!

Life is all about moments--- think about it.
